IQVIA Melbourne is offering a Clinical Research Associate Trainee Program starting Feb 1, 2027. This full-time role provides classroom learning and hands-on site monitoring experience under the guidance of experienced CRAs, line managers, and quality managers.

The program covers ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, TMF/ISF management, and performance reviews, with potential progression to senior CRA or project roles within IQVIA's global network.

Qualificações

• A bachelor's degree in a health care or life‑science field or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a clinical research setting is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of ICH‑GCP and Australian clinical research rules.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a full‑time, dedicated training program covering all aspects of clinical trial monitoring.
• Learn and apply ICH‑GCP guidelines and Australian regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site monitoring visits (under supervision) including initiation, monitoring, and close‑out.
• Assist in managing study progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, and data completion.

What you’ll be doing:

• Participate in a full‑time, dedicated training program covering all aspects of clinical trial monitoring.
• Learn and apply ICH‑GCP guidelines, as well as Australian ethical and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site monitoring visits (under supervision), including selection, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out.
• Assist in managing study progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, and data completion.
• Maintain accurate and organized study documentation, including Trial Master Files (TMF) and Investigator Site Files (ISF).
• Collaborate with study teams and build strong working relationships with sites and colleagues.

What we’re looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in a health care or life‑science field or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in a clinical research setting, including roles such as In‑house CRA, CTA, or CRC, is advantageous.
• A basic understanding of ICH‑GCP and the rules around clinical research in Australia.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

What to expect in the interview process:

• You’ll be asked to complete a pre‑recorded video interview and if successful after this stage we ask you to attend an assessment interview in person.
• Video interviews will take place between 15th to 23rd October 2026 . If you do not complete your video interview during this time frame, we will not be able to proceed with your application.
• Candidates successful to the assessment day in person will be notified on the week of 2nd Nov 2026.
• Interviews will be held in person in the IQVIA offices on the week of 16th November . You must be able to attend during that time frame.

Start date with IQVIA is Monday 1st February 2027.
