The Salvation Army Sunrise Centre in Darwin is seeking a Psychologist to provide specialist assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention within a residential AOD rehabilitation program. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver structured interventions and clinical guidance aligned with best practice.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Psychology or relevant mental health discipline.
• AHPRA provisional or full registration or eligibility.
• Experience in AOD, mental health, residential treatment settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, formulation and intervention skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide evidence-based psychological assessment, diagnosis, formulation and treatment.
• Deliver clinical services to an allocated caseload within a residential AOD setting.
• Facilitate group education and therapeutic sessions.
• Use validated screening and assessment tools to inform treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Deliver individual therapeutic sessions with residents throughout their program.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support resident wellbeing and recovery.
• Provide consultation and guidance to staff where appropriate.
