Mind & Me Psychology in Wyong NSW is seeking a Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychologist to join our team in a flexible role that may be part-time, full-time, or contractor. Qualifications

• Current registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychologist with eligibility for registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
• Minimum postgraduate degree in psychology or clinical psychology.
• Experience in psychological assessments and individual therapy.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and privacy/consent legislation.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
• First Aid current or willingness to obtain.
• Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS worker screening, professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
• Experience with complex mental health presentations desirable.
• Eligibility to obtain a Medicare provider number.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Providing individual psychotherapy and evidence-based psychological interventions to clients across the life span
• Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans based on client needs and clinical formulation
• Maintaining detailed, accurate and timely clinical documentation and client records in accordance with professional and legal requirements
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including general practitioners and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated care
• Providing crisis support and risk assessment when required
• Participating in professional development and maintaining current knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment within the practice

Education

Postgraduate degree in psychology or clinical psychology

Registration as Clinical or Registered Psychologist

Experience in assessments and therapy

Communication and interpersonal skills

Clinical documentation and privacy knowledge

Independent practice with ethical standards

First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Clearances (WWCC, police, NDIS, insurances)

Medicare provider eligibility
