Qualifications

• General registration with AHPRA for clinical psychologists.
• A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support.
• Address clinical cases including depression, anxiety, and trauma.
• Deliver CISP program virtually or onsite as needed.
• Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional).
• Partner with the internal clinical team to enhance services.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients
• Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and more
• Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) virtually or onsite as needed
• Facilitate webinars and in‑person seminars (optional)
• Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology

Professional Registration

• Counsellors: active membership/registration with ACA / PACFA / AASW
• Clinical Psychologists: general registration with AHPRA

Expertise & Skills

• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence‑based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) and CISP (Critical Incident Stress Program)
• A minimum of 300 clinical hours post‑master's degree
• Experience with trauma‑related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings
• Preferred prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
• Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
