Job summary

SA Health in Mount Barker seeks a Pharmacist to deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services across Mt Barker Hospital and spoke sites. The role combines on-site and remote clinical activities to support medication management and patient care within the BHFLHN network.

The successful candidate will provide expert medicines advice, optimise therapy, and work closely with medical and nursing teams. Part-time, temporary arrangement with pro rata salary and regional incentive considerations.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications, registration and selection criteria must be completed once the correct AHP2 Pharmacist role description is supplied.
Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide a broad range of professional and clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients.
Optimize medication therapy and provide expert medicines advice.
Collaborate with medical, nursing and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Deliver on-site and remote pharmacy services as required to Mt Barker Hospital and BHFLHN.
