Job summary

Everlab is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations in Sydney to own the doctor network performance end to end and drive improvements in clinical outcomes and member experience. You will design repeatable workflows, set performance targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into action.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a top-tier strategy consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or equivalent.
• Comfortable in SQL and spreadsheets.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems cleanly.
• Ability to build arguments from data rather than instinct.
• Clear and direct communication in writing and in person.
• Ability to compress complex analysis into a one-page recommendation.
• Ability to operate across high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Own doctor network performance end to end.
• Map clinical workflows across consults, results review, member follow-up, escalations, and administration.
• Partner with CMO and clinical leaders to drive clinical outcomes and member experience.
• Identify time and quality leakage in clinical workflows and redesign workflows by removing steps.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate workflow problems into tooling improvements.
• Pilot changes, measure effects, and roll out interventions with training and communication.
• Build and own the clinical operations metric layer covering consult quality and cost to serve.
• Set targets, thresholds, and traffic lights to define performance expectations.
• Build dashboards and weekly reporting rhythms for clinical leadership.
• Turn analysis into decisions by assigning metrics owners, targets, and next actions.

Job description

• Own doctor network performance end to end, including consult quality, clinical outcomes, recommendation appropriateness, and member experience
• Build rubrics, benchmarks, spotlights, and playbooks to make clinical excellence repeatable
• Partner with the CMO, Clinical People Lead, and clinical leadership to drive clinical outcomes and member experience
• Map clinical workflows across consults, results review, member follow-up, escalations, and administration
• Identify time and quality leakage in clinical workflows
• Redesign workflows by removing steps, automating tasks, and documenting remaining processes
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate workflow problems into tooling improvements
• Pilot changes, measure effects, and roll out interventions with training and communication
• Build and own the clinical operations metric layer covering consult quality, clinical outcomes, utilisation, turnaround times, NPS, and cost to serve
• Set targets, thresholds, and traffic lights to define performance expectations
• Build dashboards and weekly reporting rhythms for clinical leadership
• Turn analysis into decisions by assigning metrics owners, targets, and next actions

Requirements

• Track record of strong performance and rapid progression
• Comfortable in SQL and spreadsheets
