Job summary

Mutitjulu Australian Regional and Remote Community Services is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead the clinical team at Nganampa Ngura Mutitjulu-nya Flexible Aged Care Facility in the remote Mutitjulu community.

The role is FIFO, permanent, full-time, with an hourly rate of $55.11–$55.37/hour gross (dependent on experience). Benefits include furnished accommodation, a $20,000 sign-on bonus (paid over 12 months), and a $5,000 annual travel allowance.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Working rights for Australia – Visa sponsorship is NOT available.
• Experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally in Aged Care.
• Experience leading or mentoring healthcare staff.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory legislation.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication, coaching frontline staff.
• Commitment to customer service and business improvement.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team delivering care to residents.
• Mentor, train and monitor performance and care plan management.
• Oversee medication management and nursing tasks; support RN shifts as needed.
• Collaborate with the Residential Aged Care Manager and ensure regulatory compliance.
