Queensland Government is seeking a Clinical Nurse to lead and coordinate clinical practice within Rockhampton Hospital's Specialist Outpatients Department. You will support nursing and medical teams, champion patient-centred care and drive clinical education and portfolio management.

You will work under the Nurse Unit Manager to deliver safe, high-quality care, mentor staff and build strong multidisciplinary relationships across Central Queensland facilities.

Competenze

• Hold current AHPRA registration and a postgraduate certificate or diploma, or be ready to complete it within an agreed timeframe.
• Lead with integrity, initiative and a passion for supporting your team while championing high-quality patient care.
• Use advanced clinical judgement to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate person-centred care in a complex clinical environment.
• Build strong relationships, communicate with confidence and work effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve great outcomes.
