BlueCare, part of UnitingCare Queensland, is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the Yeppoon Capricorn Aged Care Facility. You will lead the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care and provide expert clinical guidance to support complex care needs and positive resident outcomes.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, champion infection prevention, and ensure documentation and governance compliance. AHPRA RN registration and aged care experience are essential.

Formación

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Minimum three years as a Registered Nurse, ideally in aged care.
• Knowledge of aged care quality standards and governance practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support delivery of safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care for residents.
• Provide clinical guidance for complex care needs and clinical decision-making.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee care planning and reviews.
• Mentor and support nursing and care teams in best‑practice outcomes.
• Champion infection prevention and control initiatives across the home.
• Build relationships with residents, families and stakeholders.
• Support quality improvement and compliance with aged care standards.
