Bolton Clarke is seeking a Clinical Nurse Leader in Adelaide to oversee high-quality care for residents, reporting to the Care Manager. You will lead the nursing team, ensure person-centred care, and coordinate with health professionals to optimize resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, in aged care is desirable.
• AHPRA registration is required.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate) or similar documentation.
• Police check and/or a NDIS Worker Check may be required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff.
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessment and care planning for residents.
• Manage and evaluate residents' care needs within scope of practice.
• Liaise with visiting medical officers and health professionals.
• Deliver holistic care using the resident's care plan and person-centred approach.
• Supervise, manage and monitor care quality to ensure individualised care.
• Assess and plan residents' care needs regularly and update documentation.
