You will provide advanced clinical leadership and specialist expertise to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across Normanton Hospital and Community Health. Working closely with the Director of Nursing, Nurse Unit Manager, Nurse Educator and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead quality improvement, workforce development and evidence-based practice initiatives while ensuring positive health outcomes for individuals, families and the wider community.
