North West Hospital and Health Service invites experienced nurses to join Mount Isa Hospital as a Clinical Nurse - Clinical Facilitator in the Surgical Ward. You will lead clinical practice, provide high-level support for complex care, and help develop nursing capability in a remote North West Queensland setting.
This role also involves facilitating nursing education, mentoring and contributing to quality improvement and governance, with career development opportunities and travel as required.

In this Clinical Nurse - Clinical Facilitator role, you will be a key clinical resource within the Surgical Ward, using your experience to support high standards of nursing practice, patient care and staff development.
In your downtime, we will provide 2 return airfares p.a. (full time employees) (inc. spouse/dependents) or 1 return airfare p.a. (part time employees) to the nearest east coast provincial city in conjunction with your recreation leave.
Plus 2 weeks p.a., travel as required and enrolment and conference costs for approved courses and conferences.
We also offer staff accommodation (if eligible) or a private rental subsidy of AUD$82.50 per week for up to 17 months.
