Job summary

Darling Downs Health in Cherbourg is seeking a Clinical Nurse to deliver person-centred care, assess needs and coordinate recovery pathways within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will support individuals, families and communities to achieve better health outcomes, work across programs, mentor others, and contribute to continuous learning and quality improvement.

Join Darling Downs Health as a Clinical Nurse in Cherbourg and help improve the health and wellbeing of people affected by alcohol and other drug use. You'll work with a supportive multidisciplinary team, deliver person-centred care, coordinate treatment pathways, and make a meaningful difference in a community where your expertise, leadership and compassion are valued every day.
