Capacity Builders Skilling & Training Pty Ltd is seeking a Clinical Lead — Occupational Therapist or Development Educator. The role focuses on senior leadership, outcome measurement, and innovative program delivery across a distributed practitioner network.

You will oversee clinical standards, onboarding and credentialing, with an emphasis on remote supervision and ongoing professional development to maintain high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Five+ years post-qualification experience in allied health.
• Experience supervising, credentialing or leading allied health practitioners.
• Willingness to deliver supervision and professional development online.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Registration with AHPRA as an OT or membership as a Developmental Educator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development programs to ensure reliability and defensibility across a distributed practitioner network.
• Lead onboarding, credentialing and professional development of practitioners.
• Maintain quality assurance across the practitioner network.
• Act as the clinical escalation point for practitioners in the field.
• Maintain clinical accountability for services delivered across the network.
