Qualifications

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Registration with AHPRA as an OT or membership as a Developmental Educator.

This is a senior, non-caseload Clinical Lead role built around outcome measurement and innovative program delivery. You will manage clinical standards across a practitioner group, with operational oversight, quality assurance and team retention as core components.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee functional development programs to ensure reliability, consistency and defensibility across a distributed practitioner network
• Lead practitioner onboarding, credentialing and professional development
• Maintain quality assurance across the practitioner network
• Act as the clinical escalation point for practitioners in the field
• Maintain clinical accountability for services delivered across the network

About you

• Occupational Therapist (current AHPRA registration) or Developmental Educator (current professional association membership)
• Five or more years post-qualification, including NDIS functional capacity or capacity building work
• Experience supervising, credentialing or clinically leading allied health practitioners
• Confident working remotely, including delivering supervision and professional development online
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain
