Job summary

Metro North Health seeks a Nurse Unit Manager for the Crisis Stabilisation Unit at The Prince Charles Hospital to provide advanced clinical and operational leadership in mental health care. You will coordinate the unit, uphold nursing standards, and support performance objectives within a leading public health system.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team, manage workforce and resources, and drive education, research and continuous learning to improve outcomes for consumers in crisis.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mental health care.
Strong focus on nursing standards, patient safety and clinical governance.
Experience driving quality improvement, research and education in a mental health setting.
