This role partners with Nurse Managers and Residential Care Managers to elevate clinical practice, mentor staff and embed person-centred care aligned with Aged Care Act 2024 and Quality Standards.

Qualifikationen

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience providing expert clinical advice.
• Mentoring and developing clinical leaders.
• Ability to use clinical data to identify risk and guide improvement.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across residential care teams.
• Commitment to improving outcomes for residents.

• Strengthen clinical governance by embedding effective systems, processes and accountability into daily care.
• Support clinical decision making through high level clinical advice, practical guidance and coaching.
• Build leadership capability by developing the confidence, skills and accountability of clinical leaders and their teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by using clinical data, systems and workflows to identify risks early and improve resident outcomes.
• Bring evidence into practice by embedding evidence based models of care into everyday routines.
