Job summary

Arcare Aged Care seeks a Clinical Funding Officer to manage AN-ACC funding processes, assessments, and documentation. The role reports to the National Funding Manager and focuses on uplift opportunities, funding appraisal, and care planning for new residents.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, current AHPRA registration, and a commitment to quality improvement. NDIS screening clearance is required.

• Strong understanding of care planning and evaluation.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Must hold current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AN-ACC uplift and ensure accuracy and best practice at all times.
• Funding appraisal and review management.
• Complete resident care assessments and care planning for new residents.
• Liaise with residents to complete assessments and care plans reflective of care needs; advise clinical teams and resident management.
• Provide support at residences for external AN-ACC assessment visits.
