Job summary
SA Health in Port Augusta is seeking a Clinical Facilitator – Associate Nurse Unit Manager. You will provide clinical education and leadership to nursing staff and students, contributing to high-quality patient care.
The role spans across multidisciplinary teams with a focus on staff development and clinical guidance. Candidates should be a Registered Nurse with NMBA registration, have 3+ years post‑registration experience, and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to support
Qualifications
- Registered or eligible for Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
- At least 3 years post-registration experience.
- Experience guiding students and less experienced nurses.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills with a supportive approach to staff development.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support, education and guidance to nursing staff and students.
- Facilitate learning and staff development.
- Contribute to safe, high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
