Job summary

SA Health in Port Augusta is seeking a Clinical Facilitator – Associate Nurse Unit Manager. You will provide clinical education and leadership to nursing staff and students, contributing to high-quality patient care.

The role spans across multidisciplinary teams with a focus on staff development and clinical guidance. Candidates should be a Registered Nurse with NMBA registration, have 3+ years post‑registration experience, and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to support

• At least 3 years post-registration experience.
• Experience guiding students and less experienced nurses.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills with a supportive approach to staff development.

You will provide clinical support, education and guidance to nursing staff and students while maintaining a strong clinical focus. About You:

• Registered or eligible for Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a practising certificate.
• At least 3 years post-registration experience and demonstrated competence in the relevant area.
• Experience providing clinical guidance and direction to students, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses.
• Effective communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a supportive approach to staff development.
• Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work effectively with minimal supervision.
