Job summary

ACH Group is seeking Enrolled Nurses for multiple permanent Part time and Casual shifts to provide high quality clinical care and wellbeing at ACH Group homes. You will work closely within a multidisciplinary team, attending to clinical matters and supporting Care Workers to promote residents’ independence and good life.

You will be responsible and accountable for high quality practice, undertake nursing assessments, maintain documentation, liaise with families and health professionals, and

Qualifications

  • Significant experience as an Enrolled Nurse (EN).
  • Maintain high standards and systems to ensure quality care.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong clinical competence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality clinical care and wellbeing to residents.
  • Attend nursing assessments and coordinate interventions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Liaise with family, doctors, registered nurses, care workers and allied health professionals to support residents.
  • Support care workers within a multidisciplinary team.

The role

ACH Group have multiple permanent Part time & Casual shifts available for Enrolled Nurses to provide high quality clinical care and wellbeing at ACH Group homes.

Working closely together in a multidisciplinary team, you will attend to clinical matters, support Care Workers whilst ensuring that Residents have a good life through inventions that promote independence and decision making by individuals.

What you’ll do
  • You will be responsible and accountable for high quality clinical practice
  • Support the utmost wellbeing of residents
  • Undertake nursing assessments and coordinate interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Doctors, Registered Nurses, Care Workers and Allied Health Professionals to support residents

  • Demonstrate significant experience as an EN
  • Ability to maintain appropriate standards and systems to the highest quality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level of clinical competence
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
You will need
  • A nursing qualification and current enrolled nurse registration with AHPRA
  • Medication administration competence
  • To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.
