Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Clinical Educator to build the skills, confidence and capability of our nursing and care teams across Seniors Communities. You will develop and deliver evidence-based clinical education, competency training and coaching to strengthen clinical practice and support safe, high-quality care.

Working with clinical leaders and Workplace Trainers, you’ll support induction, identify learning needs, embed new practices and ensure education aligns with aged care standards,

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse registration (AHPRA) with at least 5 years’ recent clinical experience in aged care or health.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering engaging clinical education and competency-based training.
• Strong knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation, and clinical best practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a passion for developing people and improving clinical capability.

Responsibilities
