Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking a Clinical Data Specialist to transform data into insights that support better health outcomes for patients and communities. You’ll work across clinical, operational and digital teams to drive analytics, dashboards and data‑driven improvements.

You’ll partner with clinicians, lead data‑driven initiatives, and explore advanced analytics and predictive modelling to solve complex healthcare challenges, while communicating findings clearly and influencing stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data analytics, data engineering, reporting or related disciplines.
• Advanced skills in SQL and analytics tools such as Python, R, Power BI or similar technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, practical and engaging way.
• Collaborative leadership skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders and drive change.
