Job summary

West Moreton Health is seeking a proactive team member to support the Clinical Costing unit. You will work closely with the Manager and Senior Data Management Officer to maintain costing processes and methods across WMHHS, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

The role requires quickly learning patient-level costing processes and tools such as CostPro and PowerPerformance Manager, plus developing reports with Crystal, SQL and Intel Plus.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to quickly learn patient-level costing processes and CostPro.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop reports using Crystal, SQL and Intel Plus.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of funding models including activity-based funding.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Manager and Senior Data Management Officer within Clinical Costing.
• Develop and implement improvements to maintenance processes and costing methodologies.
• Identify quality improvement opportunities to enhance clinical costing outputs.
• Support understanding of funding models including activity-based funding and their alignment with costing.
