Job summary

Regis Kuluin on the Sunshine Coast seeks a Clinical Care Manager to lead safe, high-quality, resident-centred care and drive clinical governance. You will partner with the GM and leadership team to coach the care team, oversee care planning, documentation and funding processes.

In this role you will ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, drive continuous improvement, manage risks, mentor staff and build strong relationships with residents, families and health professionals to foster

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Leadership experience within residential aged care.
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop clinical teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional resident outcomes and creating a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding care outcomes.
• Oversee assessments, care planning, clinical documentation and funding-related processes.
• Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readiness.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks.
• Support workforce capability through mentoring, coaching and effective performance management.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, visiting health professionals and key stakeholders.
• Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing clinical culture focused on resident wellbeing.
