Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care in Narangba, QLD is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to lead our aged care residence. You will work closely with Clinical Managers and Residential Manager to develop and deliver exceptional resident care and ensure clinical standards are met.

You will mentor RNs, ENs and PCAs, oversee day-to-day clinical operations, and contribute to service delivery during times of change.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as CCC or similar in aged care or acute sector.
• RN qualification with current AHPRA registration.
• IPC qualification advantageous or willingness to work towards.
• Police Check within 12 months.
• Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
• Experience in staff supervision and development.
• Knowledge of funding and accreditation processes.
• Knowledge of Care Planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to RN's, EN's and PCA's.
• Drive clinical outcomes to maintain high-quality care.
• Be a role model of clinical leadership.
• Develop and oversee clinical care of residents in Narangba.
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers and Residential Manager.
