Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a healthcare assistant.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing team with clinical duties as outlined: wound care, vaccinations, ECGs, BP checks.
• Organise and support home visits and blood pressure monitoring for patients.
• Record patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Support with dementia care plans and timely documentation.
