Join Mission Australia's Residential Aged Care team and support high-quality care through continuous improvement, clinical excellence and best practice.
As a Clinical and Care Practice Quality Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate clinical practice improvement initiatives across our 3 residential aged care services - Annie Green Court (Redfern), Charles Chambers Court (Surry Hills) and Benjamin Short Grove (Orange).
Working closely with Directors of Care, Clinical Care Managers, Nurse Educators and operational leaders, you will support consistent clinical practices, strengthen clinical governance processes and drive continuous improvement across these sites.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about quality improvement, evidence-informed practice and supporting aged care services to deliver the highest standards of care. You will use your coaching, mentoring and influencing skills to support leaders and clinical teams to improve practice and resident outcomes.
