Job summary

SILK Laser Clinics Liverpool is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead, coach and inspire a team of therapists and clinicians, delivering exceptional client experiences and strong business results.

You will work closely with the Franchise Partner to grow the clinic, foster a positive culture, and provide structured leadership development and outstanding service in MediAesthetics.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail, health, beauty, hospitality or a service-based environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience achieving KPIs and business targets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
• A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
• The ability to balance commercial success with people leadership.
• Diploma of Beauty Therapy or similar qualification (preferred).
