SILK Laser Clinics Morayfield is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead and coach a team of therapists and clinicians, delivering exceptional client experiences and strong business results. You’ll partner with the Franchise Owner to drive clinic performance, build a positive culture, and grow the business while developing a high‑performing team dedicated to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail, health, beauty or service environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of achieving KPIs and targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
