The Skin Bar Rozelle clinic is hiring an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the team, drive results and own the clinic’s success. This hands-on leadership role requires a deep understanding of how a skin clinic operates and how to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

You'll coach dermal therapists and clinicians, manage rosters and daily operations, and build a professional culture that reflects The Skin Bar brand while pursuing ambitious monthly targets and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Proven leadership or management experience in the skin, aesthetics, cosmetic or beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of skin treatments and the client journey in a clinic setting.
• Diploma of Dermal Therapies or nursing qualification is highly regarded.

The Skin Bar is a fast-growing brand in skin health and beauty, and our Rozelle clinic is one of our busiest. We're looking for an experienced Clinic Manager from the skin, aesthetics or beauty industry to lead the team, drive results and build a clinic clients keep coming back to. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how a skin clinic runs and wants to own its success.

About you
