Job summary

Results Laser Clinic in Canberra is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a dynamic beauty team, elevate client experience, and drive service standards across the clinic. You will manage and mentor staff, roster shifts, drive sales to targets, supervise stock, and oversee laser hair removal and skin treatments with a strong focus on customer care.

About The Role

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Strong communication and leadership skills


• Previous management experience


• Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, with at least 2 yrs exp.


• Laser hair removal experience is preferable but not essential.


• Have good knowledge of the skin, and of professional treatments and services


• Your excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service will be held in high regard


• You must possess a 'can do' positive attitude


• You must have a passion for providing a professional service in product retail sales, Laser Hair Removal, and Skin Treatments
