Job summary

Results Laser Clinic is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead and develop a dynamic team across our Melbourne clinics. You will drive service excellence, manage staff rosters, and push sales to meet targets while delivering exceptional customer care.

The ideal candidate holds a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with at least 2 years of experience, and has knowledge of laser hair removal and skincare treatments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Previous management experience.
• Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, with at least 2 yrs exp.
• Laser hair removal experience is preferable but not essential.
• Have good knowledge of skin and professional treatments and services.
• Excellent communication and customer service commitment.

About The Role

What You Will Need To Succeed
