Upside Down Therapy Pty Ltd on Brisbane's northside is seeking an experienced paediatric OT to lead our clinical team as Clinic Lead. You will supervise, mentor and develop clinicians while balancing a paediatric caseload.

As Clinical Lead, you’ll build pathways for professional development, strengthen assessment and intervention practices, and foster strong partnerships with schools and health professionals to support children’s participation and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Requires AHPRA-registered paediatric occupational therapist with leadership capabilities.
• Experience supervising and developing clinicians, including experienced OTs, is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Supervising and mentoring OTs across experience levels.
• Observing sessions, providing feedback and facilitating shadowing and joint sessions.
• Guiding new starters through onboarding and caseload development.
• Planning and leading internal professional development and selecting external learning.
• Developing practical resources and strengthening assessment, intervention and report-writing practices.
• Leading improvements in clinical quality and coordinating care with schools and health professionals.
