Canberra Health Services in Belconnen Community Health Centre is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to provide high-quality clerical and front-line support within BreastScreen ACT. You will assist clinicians, patients and carers, manage enquiries, and help ensure the day-to-day operation of the service with professionalism and confidentiality.

Working collaboratively with staff across the Canberra Region Cancer Centre, you will provide flexible administrative support, maintain accurate records and data entry, and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality services. You will also have the opportunity to share your knowledge by supporting, training, and mentoring colleagues, while working in accordance with established policies, procedures, and best practice standards.
Our ideal candidate will be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and respond effectively to changing priorities. You will bring strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills, along with well‑developed computer experience and the ability to quickly learn new medically based programs. With a high level of attention to detail, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of confidentiality within a healthcare environment and consistently provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and care.
