Job summary

Eziway Salary Packaging in Australia is seeking a customer-focused client liaison to manage a designated portfolio of salary packaging clients. You will be their primary contact for inquiries, guiding account setup, documentation and terminations using our in-house software.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask to meet KPIs, with a rotating roster starting at 8am, 9am or 10am, and a 35-hour week with onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in salary packaging or novated lease is highly regarded, not essential.
• Customer service experience with a genuine willingness to deliver superior service.
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 40wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Availability for a rotating roster with 8am, 9am and 10am starts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Eziway salary packaging clients.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with enquiries in line with our service offering.
• Process the salary packaging lifecycle — account creation, documentation and terminations.
• Use Eziway's software for data entry, client file updates and record accuracy.
