Job summary

GSA Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Client Executive to join our Corporate team. You will provide exceptional service to clients and support the team with timely responses.

Responsibilities include preparing Client Reports and Premium Summaries, processing new business and renewals in our broking system, issuing invoices, handling endorsements, and assisting with debtor management to help meet budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business / Finance / Commerce or equivalent.
• We will support you to complete Tier 1 training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
• Support the team with all duties and help them meet budgets.
• Prepare Client Report and Premium Summary templates.
• Process new business and renewals in GSA’s broking system.
• Issue invoices/closings to clients and insurers.
• Process endorsements/amendments.
• Assist with management of debtors.
• Support the team to achieve budget.
