About Centrecare

Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation with over 300 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation and training services in over 11 locations across the Perth metropolitan, Goldfields and South West region.

The Role

Working in a small team, this role is the first point of contact for all clients and enquiries and will attend to the general administration duties of the Kalgoorlie branch. We require someone with strong administrative and organisational skills to provide a positive impact to the team and office.

  • Manage multiple calendars for appointment bookings.
  • Answer calls promptly and in a courteous manner.
  • Ability to handle multiple queries and follow procedures for multiple different services offered.
  • Attend to general enquiries and provide assistance where possible, including referring to other branches or agencies.
  • Support the team and managers as needed.
About You
  • Certificate III or higher in Business, Business Administration or other relevant fields.
  • Demonstrated experience responding to customers and clients as the first point of contact within an organisation to include operating a multi-line telephone system.
  • Ability to oversee the day-to-day operation of an office and associated equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to take high quality minutes of meetings.
  • Excellent computer skills to include data entry and typing.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
