Job Description
Client Services Officer – Assure (APM Group).

Assure breaks the mould of traditional call centres. Here, initiative, empathy, and critical thinking are valued just as much as performance. As a Client Services Officer, you’ll be the vital connector between clients and Assure EAP services, managing calls with care and confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences from the first interaction
  • Think on your feet to resolve sensitive enquiries with professionalism
  • Collaborate across teams to provide tailored support
  • Update client info and use internal systems to assist effectively
The Role
  • Full-time position, Monday–Friday roster (7am–5pm)
  • Flexible scheduling available
  • Ongoing coaching and development provided
What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for customer service (retail, hospitality or call centre welcome)
  • Confident multitasker across CRMs and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-friendly
