Are you a detail-driven Client Services professional who loves turning plans into action?
We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Officer – Implementation to join our growing team at My Wealth Solutions.
This is more than an administration role. You’ll play a key part in bringing our advisers’ strategies to life — working across clients, advisers and external stakeholders to ensure recommendations are implemented accurately, efficiently and with a great client experience every step of the way.
If you’re organised, proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy making things happen, we’d love to hear from you.
Working closely with our advisers and clients, you’ll take ownership of the implementation journey from advice through to completion.
Preparing for implementation – assisting with accurate SoA and implementation documentation, applications and supporting forms.
Making strategies happen – coordinating the implementation of insurance, superannuation, investment and other financial planning strategies.
Supporting our clients – providing professional, responsive and high-quality service throughout the implementation process.
Connecting the dots – liaising with clients, advisers, mortgage brokers, property specialists and other stakeholders to keep things moving.
Keeping it compliant – ensuring documentation, processes and implementation activities are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
Making things better – identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and the overall client experience.
Taking ownership – managing competing priorities, following through on actions and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’re someone who takes pride in getting the details right, but you also understand that great client service is about much more than paperwork.
We’re looking for someone who has:
At least 1 year’s experience in a similar financial services/client services role
A genuine interest in building a career within a growing Financial Planning business
Experience with XPlan or similar financial planning software (highly regarded)
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work confidently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
A professional, approachable and positive manner
The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
A genuine interest in process improvement, projects and finding better ways of doing things
Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, initiative and a willingness to learn.
We believe great people deserve more than just a salary.
You’ll enjoy:
Competitive remuneration + performance-based bonus structure
4 weeks annual leave + 2 weeks My Wealth Leave (post 1 year employment)
Hybrid work-from-home flexibility following successfully completing probation
Ongoing professional development and training
A supportive, collaborative and down-to-earth team
Regular team-building and social events
Opportunity to grow your career within a growing financial planning business
A genuine opportunity to contribute — your ideas, initiative and improvements will be heard.
We’re building a team that believes financial advice should personal, practical and genuinely focused on people.
We’re ambitious about where we’re going, but we’re equally passionate about how we get there — through ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement and genuinely caring about our clients and each other.
If you’re looking for a role where you can make an impact, grow your skills and be part of something bigger, this could be your next move.
