Job summary

Viridian Financial Group in Erina, NSW seeks a Client Services Manager to deliver professional client administration services alongside our Financial Advisors. You’ll support with the client advice process within a POD setup, coordinating with Advisors and fellow CSMs.

The role requires a diligent, customer‑focused approach, up to 2 years’ experience, and strong MS Office skills. Police check and Australian work entitlement are required; hybrid or on‑site work arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years' experience in a similar role (training available).
• Strong written and verbal communication for client interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting rooms and greet clients for in-office appointments.
• Handle inbound/outbound client calls for service.
• Prepare client advice documents, digital and hard copy.
• Onboard new clients and manage ongoing admin for existing clients.
• Ensure client/provider info is accurately recorded in systems.
• Prepare client review reports and respond to ad hoc requests.
