Job summary

Viridian Financial Group seeks a Client Services Manager to join our Sydney CBD office and support our Financial Advisor with day-to-day client liaison and the administration of client advice processes, including review management and plan presentations.

Working within a POD setup, you’ll handle documentation in XPlan, manage regulatory obligations, and ensure exceptional service. A 2+ year background in financial services and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years' minimum experience in a similar role within financial services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience using XPlan.
• Knowledge of financial governance, compliance, ethical and privacy guidelines.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors, Associate Advisors & Client Services Managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with the financial advice process from Fact Find to Implementation, including processing of documentation in XPlan.
• Assist with regulatory obligations including management of Fixed Term Service Agreements, review meetings and compliance requirements.
• Be a point of contact for client communication regarding Financial Advice in the Advisor's absence.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Viridian Financial Group for a Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our friendly team based in our Sydney CBD office.

About the Role

Our CSM’s play a critical role supporting our Financial Advisor, and this role will see the successful candidate being a key contact point for day-to-day liaisons with clients. The role involves administering all support aspects of the client advice process within XPlan, including Review Management, preparation of Client Review and Plan Presentation Packs and implementation of advice and trading. The successful candidate will work directly with the Advisor and other CSMs that operate within a POD set up, supporting with client and team requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with other Financial Advisors, Associate Advisors & Client Services Managers to deliver exceptional customer service for our clients.
• Assist with the financial advice process from Fact Find to Implementation, including processing of documentation in XPlan, preparation of advice documents & forms.
• Assisting with regulatory obligations including the management of Fixed Term Service Agreements, review meetings and our compliance requirements.
• Being a point of call for all client communication regarding Financial Advice in the absence of the Advisor.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 2 years' minimum experience working within a similar role within the financial services industry.
