Searchability® in Brisbane is seeking a Client Services Manager to nurture client relationships across a portfolio of 15+ clients, coordinate with internal delivery teams and lead client meetings to review campaign performance.

This role focuses on Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO, communicating digital marketing strategies to clients, identifying performance improvements, managing timelines and deliverables, and building long-term relationships with minimal sales activity.

THE CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER ROLE:

• Managing relationships across a portfolio of 15+ clients
• Acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams
• Running client meetings, providing updates and talking through campaign performance
• Working closely with specialists across Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO
• Confidently understanding and communicating digital marketing strategies to clients
• Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall client results
• Managing expectations, timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts
• Building strong, long-term relationships that support client retention and growth
• No business development or cold calling - this is focused on client relationships, retention and delivery
