Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd is seeking a Lead Client Service Delivery professional for an insurance repair electrical contractor serving South East Queensland. You will own customer service and service delivery, building strong relationships with key insurance builder clients.

Reporting to the Directors, you will lead the scheduling team, manage escalations, and oversee field communications and performance. This hands-on role combines client management with operational leadership in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or insurance building.
• Proven leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach to problem solving and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own key insurance builder relationships and maintain regular communication.
• Manage client escalations, pricing queries, variations and complaints from start to resolution.
• Lead the scheduling team and ensure efficient progression of jobs to completion.
• Oversee customer service standards across phones, emails and after-hours handling.
• Conduct performance reviews, quality checks and scorecards for the team.
• Follow up technician reports and address recurring paperwork issues with field teams.
• Oversee offshore data-entry quality, rosters and compliance administration.
• Develop processes and checklists while overseeing office and fleet operations.
