Job summary

1000heads Group is seeking an Account Executive to join our Client Services team in Melbourne. The role involves supporting client services, managing projects, and executing digital campaigns. You will work closely with clients, understand their needs, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

We require a detail-oriented communications expert with strong interpersonal skills and a background in social media or account management. This hybrid position requires three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Agency experience ideally with social media and/or influencer experience.
• Account management or project management experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of client accounts.
• Understand the client’s needs and challenges.
• Support project management for campaigns.
• Moderate meetings and provide updates.
