Job summary

Candor Recruitment is seeking a Client Service Manager to support advisers and UHNW clients within an established investment management firm. This role focuses on high-quality client service, account openings, and regulatory compliance while maintaining efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the Financial Planning Industry.
• Experience working with HNWI is highly regarded
• Wholesale client experience highly regarded
• Must be Australian Citizen or PR.

Responsibilities

• Adviser & Client Support: Support Advisers with ongoing client management, account openings, administration, file notes, action items and preparation of advice documentation.
• Operational & Compliance Support: Maintain client and regulatory records, including Investor Certificates, Fee Disclosure Statements and Renewal Notices. Process funds transfers, investment applications and redemptions across platforms such as Netwealth, Praemium and IRESS.
• Process & Workflow Management: Maintain internal processes, workflows and recurring task lists, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
• Team & Business Support: Build strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders including accountants and lawyers, while proactively contributing to the team's client service, revenue and funds under management objectives.

The Role:

• Adviser & Client Support: Support Advisers with ongoing client management, account openings, administration, file notes, action items and preparation of advice documentation. Manage client queries, communications, meetings and proactive diary management.
