Our client is an international insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting firm, operating in more than 60 countries. They are the chosen partner of more than 130,000 Australian businesses, from small businesses through to multinational corporations and iconic brands.

They are looking for a motivated Client Service Associate to support their Brokerage team by efficiently managing administrative and client service tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound phone and email communications.
  • Prepare general reports and approve workflows.
  • Investigate billing inquiries and process account corrections.
  • Manage dishonoured payments and overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-up actions are completed.
  • Assist the brokerage team with mid-term servicing, client follow-ups, and cancellations.
  • General Administration duties, and data maintenance.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.

Key Skills:

  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with insurance operations and processes would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in telephony and email management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
