This is a unique opportunity for someone who brings a strong relationship focus and an interest in governance, community engagement, or trust administration. We're open to people from diverse professional backgrounds, whether you've worked in finance, run your own business, or held senior community roles. It's your interpersonal and organisational skills that will set you up for success here.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and communities
  • Represent Equity Trustees at meetings and AGMs, including delivering presentations
  • Support trust decision-making processes, including budgets and committee governance
  • Coordinate trust operations including compliance and stakeholder engagement
  • Work closely with internal colleagues and external providers to deliver great outcomes

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience in Native Title, Trustee services, or Finance highly regarded
  • A continuous improvement approach to problem-solving and process design
  • Are a confident communicator and presenter, comfortable working with community groups and committees
  • Have experience managing client or stakeholder relationships in complex environments
  • Can navigate sensitive or confidential discussions with empathy and professionalism
  • Have strong organisational skills and a detail-focused approach
  • Are Perth-based and available to travel locally for client meetings as required

Experience working with First Nations organisations or communities is highly regarded but not essential. Likewise, qualifications in finance, law or business are a plus, but we're more interested in your lived experience, your people skills, and your commitment to building respectful relationships.

What we offer:

  • A warm, open, and supportive culture
  • An attractive remuneration package, including reward and recognition programs
  • An employee wellness program, including discounted health insurance and an employee assistance program
  • A workplace volunteering and giving program to enable you to help others in the community
  • We are proud to be part of the Top 30 Best Workplaces to Giveback 2024

  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for the primary carer
  • Great central CBD location, Modern office fit-out and end-of-trip facilities.
  • Flexible/Hybrid working environment.
