Job summary

For Purpose Education Australia Pty Ltd invites a Client Partnership Consultant to drive and maintain key client relationships across Campbelltown and Greater Sydney. The role blends field engagement with hybrid work, requiring travel and coordination of enrolments to expand training solutions in the ECEC sector.

You bring a can-do attitude, strong networking skills, and experience in ECEC and VET. The role supports improving workforce capability and delivering high-quality training for care

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
• Travel across Greater Sydney and statewide as required to engage with clients.
• Coordinate enrolments and manage on-site and remote client engagements.
• Develop new business opportunities through B2B and B2C activities.

The Role:

As aClient Partnership Consultant, you'll be thedriving forcebehindbuildingandmaintainingclient relationshipsandkey strategic partnershipsto contribute tobusiness growth. The role is based withSelmar Institute of Education,with opportunities to collaborate and work across the broaderFPE group.

As part of our dedicated team ofClient Partnership Consultants, you’ll support clients across theCampbelltown and Greater Sydney regions.If you enjoy getting outon the roadandconnectingwith people, this could bethe perfect fit!

With a strong focus on theEarly Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector,you’ll work closely with early childhood centres to provide tailoredtraining solutionsthatsupportanddeveloptheirstaff.

This is a permanent, full-timehybrid rolethat will see you managing your own schedule, engaging with clients face-to-face, coordinating enrolments, nurturing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will hold acurrent driver’s licence, have access to areliable vehicle, and beprepared to travel across Greater Sydney and statewide as required.
