Onboarding Specialist

Full-time | $80,000 + generous performance bonus - Military Claims

We’re a fast-growing professional services business looking for a confident and people-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through our onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported from day one, and helping them take full advantage of our services. You’ll play a key role in building trust, uncovering client needs, and setting them up for long-term success with us.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the welcoming voice for new clients – build strong first impressions and lasting relationships.
  • Guide clients step-by-step through onboarding, answering questions and removing friction.
  • Identify client needs and tailor solutions that best suit them.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure smooth progress.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
  • Work toward achievable performance targets linked to client success and engagement.
About You
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone and via email.
  • A natural problem-solver who can think on your feet.
  • Motivated by helping people and delivering results.
  • Previous experience in client onboarding, account management, or a consultative role is highly valued.
  • Comfortable working to targets – but always with the client’s best interest front of mind.
  • Knowledge of the DVA process will be highly regarded, though not required.
